Zillow and other real estate sites are just a tool.

If you’re planning on buying a home, you may have already done some shopping around on your own. You’ve probably become very familiar with Zillow and Trulia. I can make sure the information you are getting is accurate and up to date. I can also keep you from running from agent to agent who may not have your best interests in mind. Or worse yet, from home to home that have nice photo’s but are in the totally wrong area for your needs or don’t look at all like the photo’s.

A real estate agent, especially one who knows the North Florida local market well (like I do), can help you find and buy your ideal home, quickly, and make the entire process go smoothly for you. I will give you the inside scoop on a property, so you know the full story. I will also point out desirable features, and potential “issues”, that you might otherwise miss.

When it comes time to make an offer, I will present and negotiate it on your behalf. Without your own real estate agent, you would have to deal directly with the seller’s agent, who is legally obliged to work in the seller’s best interests – not yours.
